Senior Project Manager, Production Validation

You will step into a key role in Production Validation within a global industrial technology environment where advanced hardware, software, and data-driven solutions are used to secure product quality in manufacturing. The work sits at the intersection of R&D, production, quality, software, hardware, and production engineering, which means you will help bring structure and momentum to technically demanding initiatives with many stakeholders involved.

In this role, you combine project leadership, operational coordination, and team support. You will work closely with validation teams and stakeholders across international production sites, creating transparency, managing priorities, and helping the organization execute effectively while improving the way validation work is planned and followed up. • You will lead, coach, and support validation engineers while creating clarity, engagement, and a collaborative way of working.
• You will drive complex technical projects and strategic initiatives within Production Validation.
• You will coordinate initiatives tied to hardware and software implementations, system revisions, validation methods, and production-related technologies.
• You will facilitate sprint planning, prioritization, action tracking, deliverables, and follow-up.
• You will proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• You will act as a key interface between Production Validation, R&D, Production, Project Management, Quality, and other stakeholders.
• You will coordinate status meetings across production sites and help align priorities, progress, and issue resolution.
• You will drive continuous improvement in validation processes, planning, reporting, and governance.
• You will support initiatives that improve efficiency, shorten lead times, and enable faster and more reliable validation and testing.
• You will contribute hands-on to validation and testing activities when needed and help solve complex technical challenges.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or another relevant technical field.
• Several years of professional experience within Production Validation, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Test & Verification, Production Engineering, or a closely related area.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects or initiatives in global and cross-functional organizations.
• Strong project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, risk management, execution tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile ways of working and sprint planning.
• Ability to coordinate technical specialists and create structure across multiple parallel activities.
• Solid understanding of technical and manufacturing environments.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

• Experience in production or manufacturing validation.
• Experience in test and verification.
• Experience in industrial automation or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience with software and hardware releases.
• Experience with system revisions and implementations.
• Experience with certification processes.
• Experience in validation of manufacturing or production systems.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience from global manufacturing operations.
