R&D Project Manager

You will lead R&D projects that turn new products, systems, services, and technologies into tangible business value. In this role, you work in a cross-functional environment where you bring structure, pace, and direction to project execution while balancing stakeholder needs and delivery targets. You will collaborate closely with business managers, steering groups, product management, and external partners to move initiatives forward. • You will lead and manage the execution of one or more R&D projects from planning through delivery.
• You will coordinate local and cross-functional project teams and create clear direction around goals, milestones, and priorities.
• You will work in partnership with business managers, steering groups, product management, and external parties to secure alignment and value creation.
• You will take responsibility for all key elements of the project and ensure progress toward defined targets.
• You will motivate and lead internal and external resources to complete tasks and milestones successfully.
• You will contribute to the delivery of projects with limited complexity or lead sub-projects within larger, more complex initiatives.

• Experience leading and managing R&D projects.
• Ability to coordinate local and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with business managers, steering groups, product management, and external parties.
• Ability to drive projects toward targets, milestones, and value creation.
• A structured and proactive way of leading resources and activities across multiple stakeholders.
