IT Solution Specialist

You will step into a broad and hands-on role in an HR-focused IT environment where stable operations, smart prioritization, and continuous improvement all matter. Here, you support the Product Owner in developing and managing services across a modern solution landscape that includes SaaS platforms, data solutions, and AI-related initiatives.

You will work close to both business and technology, helping turn needs into practical activities, improvements, and priorities. The role combines service management, financial follow-up, lifecycle thinking, and agile team support, which makes it a strong fit if you enjoy connecting structure, collaboration, and technical understanding. It is an interesting opportunity for you who want to influence how critical HR services evolve in production.

• You support the Product Owner in managing and developing IT services within the HR landscape.
• You drive service management activities, including lifecycle planning, service improvement, and operational follow-up.
• You follow up on budgets, forecasts, and cost control for IT services and help create clear financial visibility.
• You act as Team Coach and facilitate agile ceremonies to support flow, collaboration, and team progress.
• You support backlog management and help translate business needs into technical activities and priorities.
• You coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, suppliers, and delivery teams to move initiatives forward.
• You coordinate incidents, changes, releases, technical upgrades, and other operational activities.
• You contribute to governance, operation, and lifecycle management for solutions running in production.
• You support initiatives connected to data platforms, AI solutions, integrations, and applications in the HR area.

• Strong experience in IT service management, service lifecycle management, and continuous service improvement.
• Experience in financial follow-up, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control for IT services.
• Experience working as a Team Coach, facilitating agile ceremonies, and supporting backlog management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate activities across business, IT, suppliers, and delivery teams.
• Experience coordinating incidents, changes, releases, technical upgrades, and operational activities.
• Good understanding of SaaS solutions, especially Workday, including service governance, integrations, vendor management, security, and lifecycle considerations.
• Broad technical understanding of cloud platforms, applications, integrations, data flows, and modern IT environments.
• Understanding of Workday and its integration possibilities.
• Understanding of Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Understanding of AI solutions and their lifecycle.
• Ability to support the Product Owner in translating business needs into technical activities, priorities, and service improvements.
• You communicate clearly, work well with others, and solve problems in a structured and proactive way.
• You are able to drive activities independently through completion.
