Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Lean, Agile, and organizational transformation in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates.

In this role, you will be central to defining and driving our Agile ways of working, coaching leaders and teams in adopting a Lean and Agile culture, and embedding continuous improvement across the organization. You will act as a change agent, helping engineering and project teams increase collaboration, transparency, and delivery performance.

You'll also play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, digital acceleration, and engineering performance. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including Site MDs, Engineering Directors, and Project Directors, to ensure alignment on performance goals, standardize measurement processes, and support the deployment of action plans. You'll specifically take care of managing data collection and refining KPIs, while also accelerating automation and digitalization of performance measurement methods.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Driving and monitoring performance management through the Management Business Performance process
  • Ensuring the adoption of standardized measurement processes and proper data collection/reporting methods
  • Proposing and supporting action plans to address underperformance or areas of concern
  • Managing the evolution of dashboards and KPIs to enhance performance insights
  • Providing feedback on data quality and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve tool-related issues and align on key objectives
  • Assessing and updating the validity of performance indicators
  • Leading initiatives to automate and digitalize performance measurement methods
  • Supporting site leadership in deploying and executing improvement plans

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or a related field
  • Documented project management experience
  • Proven leadership experience and training
  • Experience introducing Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial performance
  • Knowledge of the traction/train industry
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework or similar methodologies
  • Understanding of IRIS/ISO standards
  • Proven accountability for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD)
  • Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • Fluency in English and Swedish

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
  • Contribute to innovative projects
  • Utilise our flexible working environment
  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning
  • Progress towards leadership or specialized roles in performance management
  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognizes your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
