Senior Project Leader, Industrial Engineering

You will step into a role where you lead installation and improvement projects that help develop industrial operations in a complex manufacturing environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and manage several parallel initiatives with different scope and complexity. The role offers a high degree of ownership and freedom, and it suits you if you are comfortable making decisions, building momentum, and keeping focus on results. • You will lead several parallel installation and industrial engineering projects from planning through implementation.
• You will create clarity in the work, set direction, and keep momentum toward agreed goals.
• You will manage scope, timelines, budget, and quality to support successful project execution.
• You will coordinate stakeholders across functions and build effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will identify risks early, handle obstacles, and drive practical solutions forward.
• You will deliver improvements that create business value and meet the needs of internal stakeholders.

• You have post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• You have several years of professional experience in roles where problem solving, responsibility, and independent decision making have been central.
• You have experience leading people, teams, projects, initiatives, or operational activities.
• You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of priorities and outcomes.
• You can communicate professionally in English and Swedish.

• Project management experience.
• Experience from industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of installation projects, engineering, production development, or continuous improvement.
