HR Manager

You will step into a broad HR role in a manufacturing environment where people, operations, and change are closely connected. As part of the People Experience team, you will work near the business and support managers across daily HR matters as well as longer-term people initiatives. The role spans operational HR, organizational development, performance management, onboarding, recruitment support, and advice on labor law and collective agreements.

• You will partner with local business teams and managers to provide hands-on support across operational HR matters.
• You will drive and support work within performance management, organizational development, people development, and change management.
• You will contribute to local development activities, smaller organizational changes, and remuneration-related analysis and follow-up.
• You will equip managers with tools and guidance in areas such as performance management, talent management, career development, and team development.
• You will advise line managers on HR policies, programs, and practices.
• You will provide guidance on labor law, collective agreements, and employee-related policy matters to help ensure compliance.
• You will be responsible for onboarding plans, processes, activities, and follow-up.
• You will prepare job and position descriptions and initiate recruitment processes together with the Staffing Manager.

• Broad experience within HR, preferably as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of labor law.
• Experience supporting managers in operational HR topics, including performance management, organizational development, people development, and change management.
• Ability to advise on collective agreements and policy-related employee matters.
• You work in a calm, structured, and methodical way.
• You have strong judgment and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• You are confident and able to stand your ground when needed.

• Experience from a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with both blue-collar and white-collar employee groups.
