PLM Software Engineer

You will join a PLM Digital organization that builds integration platforms connecting design, engineering, manufacturing, sales, aftermarket, and vehicle reconfiguration across the full product lifecycle. In this role, you will help create reliable and scalable integration flows that support end-to-end business processes in a complex automotive environment. • You will design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions that support end-to-end business processes.
• You will take ownership across the software lifecycle, from analysis and development to testing, deployment, support, and continuous improvement.
• You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and other stakeholders across the PLM landscape.
• You will support and enhance existing applications while driving modernization and technical improvements.
• You will analyze business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• You will contribute to architectural discussions and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including App service, functions, and Mongo DB.
• Experience with APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with server-side application development.
• Experience with database technologies, preferably SQL and graph databases.

Volvo Cars require that an adequate background check has been completed prior to the start of the assignment, meaning that you, as the supplier, must have conducted the requested level/-s of background check as soon as possible after your candidate has been chosen for the assignment. • Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with React.
• Experience with Neo4j, including GraphQL and OGM.
