Quintus continues to grow, and with increasing production volumes comes a clear focus on strengthening and further developing our manufacturing operations. Significant investments are being made to increase capacity, while processes, structures and ways of working are being developed to create an efficient and sustainable production organization for the future.

We are now recruiting two Workshop Managers who will take a key role in this development, leading our production teams and ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality operations as we continue to grow.

The Role

As Workshop Manager, you will lead one of our production areas with responsibility for the team, EHS, quality, budget, competence development and continuous improvement. You will create the conditions for your team to perform and develop, ensuring the right resources and competence to meet production plans and capacity requirements.

The role combines daily operational leadership with a clear responsibility for developing both the team and our production supporting the strategic direction. You will follow up performance, ensure that processes and routines are in place and drive continuous improvements to strengthen safety, quality and efficiency. You will also identify and implement improvements that support the continued development of our production.

You will work cross-functionally across the organization to support an efficient production flow and meet both current and future production needs.

You report to the Manager, Production.

Your profile

We believe you have solid experience from a manufacturing environment, with previous leadership experience and a good understanding of daily production operations. You are a present and confident leader who creates structure, sets priorities and engages your team. You are comfortable taking responsibility and driving improvements, while building strong collaboration within the team and across the organization.

We believe you bring:

• A B.Sc. degree in Engineering or another relevant field
• Previous leadership experience within production or manufacturing
• A strong understanding of production processes and daily manufacturing operations
• Experience of continuous improvement, Lean and 5S
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• The ability to engage and develop people and build strong teams
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
