Supplier Management is a part of the Finance and Supplier Management (FSM) organization and responsible for developing and driving the Tetra Pak global procurement strategy. As an integrated part of that, we are also responsible for defining and managing our category strategies and our Supplier base. The scope of the Supplier Manager covers suppliers for Logistic Services – securing seamless sourcing, pricing, and contract negotiations to support business needs.

We are now looking for a Supplier Manager who will be responsible for our global supply categories and interact directly with our strategic and preferred suppliers.

The positions are permanent and based in Lund.

What you will do

In the role as Supplier Manager, you will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions, and our suppliers. You will be responsible to drive category strategies, which include activities such as spend and market analysis, strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery, supplier relationship management, contract management and performance review, all to support our journey towards a world class procurement management.

You will focus on:

• Define, implement, and manage the agendas for your Suppliers

• Sourcing, contracting and management of our supplier base

• Stakeholder management (e.g. Supply Chain Control Tower teams, Logistic Managers, and other Tetra Laval Supply Chains)

• Define and manage performance for your Suppliers

• Early involvement on stakeholder projects

We believe you have

You have a university degree preferably within Business and/or Engineering. You have a good command in English, both written and verbal. We believe you have at least 5 years of Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management background, preferably within the area of Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning or equivalent.

We are looking for a business and result oriented, engaged, collaborative and analytical candidate with a passion for business and teamwork. Your drive, strong communication skills, engagement, and stakeholder management skills combined with your desire to deliver as a team enable you to easily manage our agenda across borders, internally as well as externally.
