Service Operations Specialist

You will join an SRE team that supports a large-scale connected vehicle service in a business-critical 24x7 environment. Here, daily work is shaped by real operational events and incoming support cases, where you combine technical investigation with clear communication and sound judgment.

You will take ownership of issues from first analysis to closure, working closely with DevOps teams and customer stakeholders to create clarity in situations that are not always straightforward. This is a role for you who enjoy operational responsibility, complex troubleshooting, and the chance to make a visible impact on service reliability.

• You investigate service issues using logs and observability data to understand what happened and what needs to happen next.
• You work closely with DevOps teams to review technical findings, challenge assumptions when needed, and move cases toward a clear outcome.
• You communicate directly with customer stakeholders, explain findings and decisions, manage expectations, and create confidence throughout the process.
• You handle operational support cases from start to finish, including situations where the right decision is to limit or stop further investigation.
• You contribute to major incident handling when critical events occur and help coordinate the response across teams.
• You support structured follow-up after incidents and help strengthen the operational way of working over time.

• You have experience working with business-critical 24x7 services.
• You have experience troubleshooting applications or services in an operational environment.
• You have strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You have experience with Incident Management and Problem Management processes.
• You have a good technical understanding of modern software and cloud-based services.
• You are comfortable making sound judgments and explaining decisions in complex situations.
• You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
• You are comfortable participating in an on-call rotation approximately every 6 weeks.

• Experience from SRE, Service Operations, technical support, or similar roles.
• Experience working with cloud environments and observability.
• Experience facilitating Root Cause Analysis or post-incident reviews.
• Experience working with complex customer deliveries.
