Senior BI Developer & Analytics Service Owner

You will step into a key role in a Data & Analytics function where modern analytics solutions support several parts of the business. This is a hands-on role with broad influence: you will combine service ownership with senior BI development and work closely with stakeholders across multiple business domains.

The environment is moving from legacy BI patterns toward a more modern Databricks-first platform. You will help shape that transition by creating stable, scalable and reusable analytics solutions that support both operational and strategic decision-making. It is an exciting opportunity if you want to influence how analytics, BI and AI-related use cases are built in a complex organization.

• You will own, maintain, support and further develop analytics and BI solutions used across the organization.
• You will act as service owner for selected analytics services, securing daily stability, prioritization, stakeholder dialogue and continuous improvement.
• You will drive development work end to end, both through coordination and hands-on implementation.
• You will build and maintain Databricks data models, transformations and reusable analytics assets.
• You will develop Power BI semantic models, reports and dashboards based on business needs.
• You will translate business and management requirements into scalable data products and analytics solutions.
• You will support the shift from legacy BI approaches to a more modern analytics platform centered on Databricks.
• You will contribute to AI-related analytics use cases through data preparation, semantic modelling, feature-ready datasets and integration with Databricks capabilities.
• You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, platform teams and other digital teams.

• You have a senior BI or analytics developer profile with a proven track record of building solutions that create business value.
• You have strong hands-on experience in Databricks, including SQL, notebooks, data modelling and data engineering or analytics development patterns.
• You have strong Power BI development experience, including semantic modelling, DAX, report design, performance tuning and visual best practices.
• You have expert SQL skills and a strong understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT and data architecture principles.
• You are used to working with data from multiple business domains and translating business processes into robust data models.
• You can combine hands-on development with service ownership, stakeholder management and prioritization.
• You work in a structured and pragmatic way and are comfortable driving work independently in a fast-moving environment.

• Knowledge of Qlik Sense, especially for maintaining or transitioning existing solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML-related data preparation, Databricks AI capabilities or analytics use cases.
• Experience from domains such as automotive, commercial, finance, operations or marketing.
