Senior Analysis Engineer, Weight Launch Team

Amaris is looking for a Senior Analysis Engineer for one of our clients in the automotive sector.

You’ll join the Weight Launch Team and take responsibility for accurate, timely weight data throughout the vehicle production process. The role involves close cooperation with launch, development, production, and certification teams.

Your responsibilities

• Own weight deliveries for individual vehicles in line with the production plan.
• Act as the main contact between the Weight Launch Team and development teams.
• Check data quality, identify deviations, assess their effect on production, and coordinate the right actions.
• Deliver official weight data used for vehicle certification.
• Support the transition from KDP to TCPLM.
• Translate existing methods and logic into the TCPLM environment.
• Define requirements for TCPLM and related tools.
• Find practical solutions when issues threaten delivery timelines.
• Present findings and support decisions based on large and complex datasets.

Your background

We’re looking for someone with:

• A Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Several years of experience in production engineering or product-related engineering.
• Experience from the automotive or vehicle manufacturing sector.
• Strong experience analysing large datasets and presenting results clearly.
• Experience identifying deviations, carrying out root-cause analysis, and assessing production impact.
• The ability to make well-reasoned decisions and drive changes through to completion.
• Hands-on experience with KDP and TCPLM.
• Python scripting experience is a strong advantage.
