Product Coordinator – E-commerce

We are looking for an experienced Product Coordinator within E-commerce for a long-term consulting assignment in Stockholm. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B e-commerce operations who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology, and operational delivery.

You will play a key role in managing and developing a multi-market e-commerce platform, with responsibilities ranging from market roll-outs and backlog management to business configuration, analytics, and reporting.

As Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for the business side of the e-commerce platform, including market coverage, platform capabilities, and prioritization.

Working closely with technical teams and delivery partners, you will act as the link between business requirements and technical execution.

Approximately 20–33% of the role will involve operational and administrative support to the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support and gradually take ownership of new market roll-outs.

• Manage back-office configuration, customer and user setup, and pricing.

• Coordinate legal, compliance, and local market requirements.

• Coordinate testing and ensure readiness for go-live.

• Manage and prioritize a large multi-market backlog.

• Prioritize defects, user stories, strategic features, and release scope.

• Perform initial defect triage and route issues to the appropriate system owners.

• Manage day-to-day business configurations within the platform.

• Coordinate refinement sessions, stand-ups, and go-live activities.

• Prepare performance reports and analyse platform KPIs.

• Coordinate marketing and commercial requests.

• Support monthly budget follow-up by monitoring actuals against forecasts and highlighting variances.

To be considered for the assignment, you should have:

• Experience in B2B e-commerce operations, including order flows, pricing, quotes, user management, invoicing, and customer configuration.

• Experience with market roll-outs, including setup, testing, communication, legal/compliance requirements, and go-live.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integrations, including pricing, order flows, warehouse routing, and defect triage.

• Experience with backlog management, including prioritizing defects, user stories, strategic features, and release scope across multiple markets.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders, leading meetings, and escalating blockers.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting, including platform KPIs, BI tools, and CRM data.

• Knowledge of commercial coordination, including campaigns, promotion codes, and discounts.

• Advanced Excel skills, including large datasets, formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and reporting.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience from industrial B2B, manufacturing, or distribution.

• Knowledge of indent and distribution-centre order models.

• Experience with multi-language and multi-currency platforms.

• Knowledge of international e-commerce launch requirements, including terms and conditions, data protection, tariffs, and local invoicing rules.

You are structured, commercially minded, and comfortable coordinating multiple activities in parallel. You can move between strategic priorities and operational details while collaborating effectively with both technical specialists and senior business stakeholders.

You have a data-driven mindset and are comfortable working in a complex environment involving multiple markets, systems, and stakeholders.
