About the Company

At Avaron, you get the security of permanent employment combined with the variety of working at different customers. We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development.

About the Role

You will join a robotics R&D environment where electromechanical design is central to the development of next-generation robotic platforms. In this role, you will help shape motor-related solutions across the full product lifecycle, from early investigations and feasibility work to product development and ongoing improvements.

You will work closely with engineers across mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, software, quality, sourcing, and manufacturing. The role combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional coordination, and depending on your background, you may also take on technical leadership responsibilities. It is a great opportunity if you want to work close to products, prototypes, and verification in a technology-driven setting.

  • You will contribute to improvements in development methods, processes, and engineering tools.
  • You will support technology roadmaps and future motor platform strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • Experience in mechanical or mechatronic product development.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
