Customer Experience Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Representative for a global company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 9 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

Assignment description

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will manage your own customer portfolio and work closely with the Account team. Your work includes handling orders, delivery schedules, preparing quotations, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring customers receive a positive experience.

You will be part of the Nordics Account team, collaborating closely with the Key Account Manager and Application Engineer to deliver value and drive growth.

In addition, you will join Customer Experience colleagues across the Nordic region while being based in Sweden.

This is a central role within the sales organization, offering the opportunity to build a broad network internally and with customers.

Common work tasks:

• Maintain daily communication with customers to understand and meet their needs

• Manage customer purchase orders and respond to inquiries

• Proactively monitor and follow up the orderbook, quotations, and related activities

• Prepare accurate quotations, including follow-up

• Drive digitalization initiatives to improve processes and enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience working directly with customers

• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships

• Fluent in English and Swedish

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience

• Good IT skills and familiarity with digital tools

• Experienced user in our SAP

Important competence/experience:

• Organized and process-oriented, with a structured approach to work

• Communicative and approachable, active and curious when engaging with people

• Self-motivated and able to take initiative, able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Technically curious and comfortable with digital tools, quick to learn new platforms

• A collaborative coworker who is ready to step in and support colleagues when needed

This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 9 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
