AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer

You will help build internal tools that enable marketing teams to plan smarter across global and local markets. This is a hands-on full-stack role where you work close to stakeholders, turn needs into working product features, and bring AI capabilities into real user-facing solutions.

AI-assisted development is central to how the team works. Tools such as Claude Code and similar agentic solutions are used in the daily flow of designing, writing, and shipping software. You will be part of an environment that values speed, practical problem-solving, and a strong focus on getting working solutions into production.

• You will own features end-to-end, from stakeholder dialogue and solution design to implementation, deployment, and follow-up in production.
• You will work across the full stack and contribute to frontend, backend, database, cloud, and integration work.
• You will integrate AI capabilities into product features that create real value for internal users.
• You will use AI coding tools in your daily development flow and help refine how the team works with them.
• You will review generated code critically, improve quality, and make sure solutions are robust and maintainable.
• You will document what you build, ask questions early, and take responsibility for the products after release.

• 5+ years of shipping real products.
• Experience building and deploying web applications end-to-end, including frontend, backend, database, Azure cloud, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and a careful approach to schema changes.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar as a real accelerator in development.
• Ability to read AI-generated code critically and identify mistakes, risks, and gaps.
• A hands-on approach with focus on shipping working software, not just planning it.
• Ability to communicate early, document solutions clearly, and maintain the products you build.
