Warehouse Worker - Quality Control

At J2 Sourcing, we're looking for a Warehouse Worker – Quality Control to strengthen our Logistics team at our headquarters in Malmö.

Your Role

As a Warehouse Worker – Quality Control, you will play an important role in ensuring that products are received, handled, inspected, and shipped according to our high-quality standards.

This is a full-time, daytime position within our Logistics department, where you'll be part of a collaborative team working in a dynamic and international environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and processing incoming shipments

• Performing quality control inspections on electronic components and materials

• Managing and moving inventory within the warehouse

• Preparing customer shipments and dispatch documentation

• Handling warehouse administration and documentation

• Ensuring inventory accuracy and traceability

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and quality processes

• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations

• Experience working with quality control or inspection activities

• Forklift license

• Good written and spoken English

Meritorious:

• Experience from the electronics industry

• Background in quality assurance

• Additional language skills

• Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems
