About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a Vice President/Administrative Director for our client. The position is based in Eskilstuna.

Your daily tasks:

Operations & Supply Chain Management: Oversee the execution of production, planning, and warehousing systems; drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and 5S tools to optimize capacity alignment, efficiency, and cost control.

Quality & Equipment Reliability: Establish and maintain robust quality management systems; define operation and maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime, automation, and full lifecycle reliability.

Process Optimization & Technology: Lead process optimization, solve complex engineering challenges, and drive continuous production line upgrades and process innovations.

Procurement & Vendor Control: Organize procurement strategies, optimize supplier structures regarding cost and lead times, and establish risk mitigation within the supply chain.

IT Systems & Digitalization: Lead the planning and development of ERP, MES, and OA systems to ensure data accuracy, system security, and operational business continuity.

ESG & Compliance: Build and improve EHS management systems, driving carbon reduction, energy efficiency, compliance, and employee safety to support sustainability goals.

Your characteristics

You are a decisive, vision-driven, and highly organized executive with proven strategic execution capabilities. Driven by a continuous-improvement mindset, you effortlessly bridge complex engineering requirements with high-level business goals. You possess strong diplomatic and leadership skills, enabling you to coordinate cross-functional teams and align multi-departmental operations seamlessly. Calm under pressure and solution-oriented, you excel at standardizing processes, navigating large-scale operational challenges, and fostering a culture of high performance and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline
• Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with proven capabilities in large-scale operational systems
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, quality systems, and EHS practices
• Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving skills

Meritorious:

• 5+ years of direct experience as an Administrative Director

Contract type and hours

Full-time assignment until further notice. Estimated start 2026-10-01.
