Position Overview

- Monitor the quality and quantity of vehicles at the Branch's vehicle yards

- Monitor compliance with vehicle safety and drivers' online shift handover

- Conduct periodic vehicle inspections as required, monthly inventory checks, and control/prevent loss risks for parts, supplies, and vehicle assets.

- Manage the owned vehicle pool: vehicle information and status on the system

- Manage vehicle records: store/process original vehicle documents

- Analysis & Reporting: report on at-risk vehicle status, analyze asset efficiency, propose improvements, and track action plans

- Review long-idle vehicles and propose solutions.

- Inspection & Control: conduct periodic inspections and thematic inspections

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

· 2–4 years of experience in vehicle repair coordination, maintenance operations, fleet maintenance, automotive service, leasing operations, or related fields.

· Good understanding of vehicle managements

· Experience with electric vehicles or EV maintenance operations is an advantage.

· Ability to coordinate with workshops, repair vendors, insurance providers, drivers, and internal teams.

· Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow up until issues are resolved.

· Professional fluency in Swedish and English.

· Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and fleet or maintenance management tools is preferred.
