Treasury Specialist

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Treasury Specialist on behalf of one of our partner companies. You understand how daily liquidity decisions connect with funding, risk and the confidence that the wider business places in finance.

The partner is strengthening cash management and treasury operations across several entities. You will improve liquidity visibility, banking processes and financial risk control while supporting funding, forecasting and treasury system development.

The finance environment values accuracy, traceability and practical improvement. Work should withstand review, make ownership clear and reduce the recurring manual effort or uncertainty that weakens later reporting and decisions.

You will collaborate across entity finance, shared services and business teams while owning defined parts of the financial cycle. The partner expects issues to be investigated to root cause, conclusions to be documented and improvements to remain workable at the next close.

As a specialist, you will own a defined professional area and be trusted to move work forward independently. You are expected to recognise when a question requires wider expertise, explain recommendations clearly and improve the methods or tools used by colleagues around you.

• Manage daily liquidity and short term cash positioning.

• Coordinate cash forecasting with business and finance teams.

• Administer banking structures, mandates and payment controls.

• Support foreign exchange and interest risk management.

• Prepare treasury reporting and covenant information.

• Improve treasury systems, policies and process documentation.

• Experience in corporate treasury, banking or financial operations.

• Strong cash flow and financial instrument understanding.

• Advanced analytical and spreadsheet capability.

• High control awareness and attention to detail.

• Confidence coordinating banks and internal stakeholders.

• Professional English and clear documentation skills.

• Treasury management systems.

• International cash pools and intercompany funding.

• ISDA, hedging or debt capital exposure.

You may come from a corporate treasury team, transaction banking, audit or finance operations with substantial liquidity responsibility. The partner values accuracy, but also curiosity about why forecasts move and how financial risk can be managed more intelligently.

You will have direct visibility into the organisation’s financial pulse. The role offers broad treasury exposure, meaningful improvement work and a platform for deeper responsibility in funding and financial risk.

The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time.
