Assignment Description
We are looking for a Technical Project Lead Engineer within Electrical & Controls
What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate the technical work within electrical and control systems
- Take overall responsibility for the technical content within the assigned area
- Ensure technical solutions, contract requirements and deliveries align with project objectives
- Coordinate work between electrical and controls engineers
- Work closely with project management, customers, suppliers and internal functions
- Represent the organization in technical discussions with external stakeholders
- Manage technical interfaces, deviations and changes throughout the project
- Interpret and implement technical specifications and project requirements
- Support customer-specific technical solutions
- Ensure structured handling of technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
What You Bring
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related technical field
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in technical projects
- Experience in electrical engineering, control systems, automation or a related technical field
- Experience in technical project management, coordination or a leading technical role
- Ability to understand and translate technical specifications and project requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across different organizational levels
- Good Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work with structure, flexibility and a holistic perspective
Meritorious
- Experience from energy, process or power generation industries
- Experience with international customer and supplier relationships
- Experience with technical contract requirements, project schedules and cost follow-up
- Knowledge of low-voltage systems
- Knowledge of switchgear, UPS and electrical circuit diagrams
- Knowledge of control systems and industrial automation
- Experience working with complex gas turbine or power generation projects
