We are looking for a Team Captain for one of our product teams. We are looking for someone who can:

Job description

Your work tasks will include the following:

• Lead a team of Website Managers and Vice-Captains, ensuring strong individual and team performance
• Development and Salary talks
• Drive the company’s strategy, prioritization, and execution across a portfolio of websites
• Develop and grow team members through regular feedback, coaching, and evaluations
• Own the team’s contribution to department goals and company success
• Act as the link between the team and leadership - translating strategy into action
• Shape the team’s ways of working, focus, and culture
• Identify hiring needs and support onboarding of new team members
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives and represent Product at cross-department level
