Strategic Project Manager

About the Role

Keystone Education Group is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to drive our priority strategic initiatives through structured project governance, execution oversight, and stakeholder coordination. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, ensuring projects are delivered on time and embedded into sustainable day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional coordination across Commercial, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations
• 
  
• Maintain live project plans, milestone trackers, risk registers, and decision logs
• 
  
• Escalate blockers and risks to leadership with recommended resolution paths
• 
  
• Own stakeholder communication, training coordination, and adoption tracking for cross-functional rollouts
• 
  
• Establish and maintain project governance standards (board structure, ticket hygiene, reporting cadences) in Jira and Confluence
• 
  
• Build reusable project templates and delivery frameworks
• 
  
• Produce executive-level status reporting on a defined cadence
• 
  
• Coordinate handoffs from project delivery into operational ownership, ensuring every new system or process has a clear owner before project close
• 
  
• Progressively take on coordination of major cross-functional programs as governance foundations are established, including AI and automation initiatives and platform migrations
• 
  
• Extend ownership to data governance, operational efficiency programs, and customer journey improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience running cross-functional projects involving multiple departments (Commercial, Finance, Legal, Product, or similar)
• 
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive decisions and hold people accountable to deliverables
• 
  
• Experience with project governance tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
• 
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• 
  
• Bachelors degree or higher
