A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent competence acquired in another way
Solid experience in pega and/or platform development, with a track record of building, configuring, and maintaining large-scale platform solutions
An understanding of platform architecture, including how to balance configuration, extensibility, and long-term maintainability
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management in a platform context
