Sensor Fusion C++ Developer

ALTEN in Sweden is seeking a skilled C++ Developer to join our team in Gothenburg for an exciting project within Automotive ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), focusing on Sensor Fusion. About the role

As a C++ Developer specializing in ADAS Sensor Fusion, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing algorithms for sensor fusion in autonomous driving systems. You will work with radar, lidar, and camera data, applying Kalman Filters, Computer Vision, and signal processing techniques to enhance system accuracy and reliability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, system architects, and test engineers, to ensure seamless integration of sensor fusion solutions into automotive platforms. Your expertise in C++, Linux, and Python, along with frameworks like ROS/ROS2, will be critical in delivering high-performance, real-time systems.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and optimize sensor fusion algorithms for ADAS applications
• Implement Kalman Filters and other state estimation techniques
• Work with radar, lidar, and camera data for real-time processing
• Design and integrate Computer Vision and signal processing pipelines
• Collaborate with teams to ensure system compliance with AUTOSAR standards
• Test, validate, and debug software components in a Linux environment
• Utilize ROS/ROS2 for prototyping and system integration

Your profile

• You are an experienced C++ Developer with a strong background in ADAS and sensor fusion, ready to tackle complex challenges in the automotive industry.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 10–15 years of professional experience in C++ development for automotive systems
• Proficiency in C++, Linux, Python, ROS/ROS2, and AUTOSAR
• Extensive experience in Automotive ADAS, particularly sensor fusion
• Expertise in Kalman Filters, Computer Vision, Radar Signal Processing, and Lidar
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
