Senior PeopleSoft Consultant

You will step into a key role in a complex HR platform environment where stability matters every day while a broader transition toward Workday is underway. The focus is to keep the existing PeopleSoft solution running smoothly, lead support and development activities, and act as a trusted link between business stakeholders and technical teams.

This role is well suited to you if you enjoy combining hands-on technical work with operational ownership and close dialogue with the business. It is an interesting opportunity to influence both the reliability of a business-critical HR platform and its path forward during an important transition.

• You will take ownership of support, maintenance, and development in the current PeopleSoft environment.
• You will lead incident resolution, problem management, and solution patching to ensure stable operations.
• You will work hands-on with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and Application Designer.
• You will collaborate closely with business users, HR stakeholders, and other technical teams to turn needs into practical solutions.
• You will support the transition toward Workday by helping maintain stability in the existing HR platform during change.
• You will work independently while staying closely connected to both business and IT teams.

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft development, support, and maintenance experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and Application Designer.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge.
• Excellent communication with business users, HR stakeholders and other technical teams.
• Experience of leading incident resolution, problem management, and solution patching while ensuring stable operations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and IT teams.
• Proactive, self-driven, and service-oriented.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
