Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical IT Coordinator to take responsibility for coordinating the technical management and maintenance of a Linux-based collaboration platform built on Nextcloud, Jitsi and Element/Matrix.

What You Will Work On

• Coordinate the technical management and maintenance of the platform
• Coordinate technical activities across different stakeholders
• Ensure effective operation and maintenance of the platform and its components
• Support technical planning, coordination and follow-up
• Ensure platform stability, reliability and operational readiness
• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders
• Participate in on-call duties

What You Bring

• Approximately 9–12 years of professional IT experience
• Strong experience in technical coordination and platform management
• Experience working with Linux-based environments
• Experience coordinating technical activities and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of IT operations and technical maintenance
• Ability to take ownership and coordinate work independently
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience with Nextcloud, Jitsi or Element/Matrix
• Experience with collaboration platforms
• Experience with production operations and incident management
• Experience from large or complex technical environments
• Experience with on-call operations
