  • Support preparation of management presentations and financial performance reviews.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of selected Nordic finance processes and continuously look for opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve them.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities for the areas under responsibility.
  • Review financial data, accruals and provisions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work collaboratively with FP&A and Shared Finance teams.

Controls and governance

  • Maintain a strong control environment across the processes under responsibility.
  • Prepare and execute relevant SOX controls and ensure appropriate documentation.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Help identify process or control weaknesses and drive remediation and continuous improvement.

To be considered for the role, you will have to demonstrate the following:

  • Bachelor or Graduate Finance degree
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced finance team (ideally in a Commercial Finance team)
  • Experience of managing trade spend, and variance analysis, plus KPI reporting.
  • Good Financial analysis experience – you’re used to working with large volume of data and managing large data sets.
  • Good communication and written skills with the ability to engage people at all levels, with the ability to influence business and finance colleagues.
