Senior Accessory Designer

About the role

You will play an important role in developing accessories from initial ideas to finished products, working closely with product managers, product developers, pattern makers, and external partners.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing accessories, jewellery, sunglasses, bags, footwear, and other product categories.
• Translating collaboration partners’ ideas into creative designs and complete product collections.
• Contributing to collection building and creating designs that strengthen brand identity.
• Working with premium materials, components, and product construction.
• Following the product development process from concept and sketching to production.
• Collaborating with international teams, suppliers, and production offices.
• Identifying trends and contributing to innovative and sustainable product development.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a creative, independent, and hands-on designer with a strong fashion sense and a passion for high-end fashion.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a designer, with a strong background in collection development.
• Extensive knowledge of accessories, particularly jewellery and sunglasses. Experience with footwear and underwear is an advantage.
• Experience working with international fashion brands.
• Strong technical knowledge of product development, premium materials, and product details.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A good understanding of fashion trends, sustainability, and innovation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A structured and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
