Sea Kayak Guide Winter 2026/2027

We’re looking for an experienced Sea Kayak Guide to join us for the winter season. You’ll lead small-group tours and experience the Stockholm Archipelago at its quietest and most unique time of year. It’s a great opportunity to develop your guiding skills and gain experience in winter sea kayaking.

There may also be an opportunity to continue with us for the summer 2027 season.

Your Role

You independently lead sea kayak tours, keeping guests safe, engaged, and comfortable. You assess conditions, manage groups, adapt plans when needed, and assist with equipment and tour logistics.

What You Bring

• Recognized sea kayak guide certification (EPP, Paddle UK former BCU, or equivalent)
• At least 2 seasons of commercial sea kayak guiding experience
• Current First Aid certification
• Confidence kayaking in a range of weather and water conditions
• Strong group management and guest communication skills
• Good risk assessment and decision-making skills
• Reliable and confident working independently
• Driver’s licence; trailer experience is an advantage
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Knowledge of Sweden and the Stockholm Archipelago, or willingness to learn
