Sales Consultants for International Assignment

Global Crowdproject AB is seeking motivated and commercially minded consultants for assignments in capital raising, investor relations and business development.

We work with various clients and projects, helping companies establish investor relationships and raise capital to support their continued development and expansion.

A key part of the work involves identifying potential investors interested in investing in unlisted companies and becoming shareholders. Other forms of capital raising may also be included.

We are looking for independent professionals who enjoy developing business relationships and taking responsibility for their assignments from initial contact through to a completed transaction.

You have the opportunity to carry out this assignment remotely from Sweden or other parts of the world.

Whether you already operate internationally or want to expand your professional network into new markets, this opportunity offers significant geographical flexibility.

You can develop investor relationships internationally, provided that your activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in the countries where the assignment is performed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential investors.
• Build and develop long-term investor relationships.
• Present our clients' businesses and projects using approved information materials.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential investors.
• Follow up with investor contacts and business opportunities.
• Coordinate the investment process from initial contact through to a completed transaction, within the scope of the assignment.
• Work with your own business contacts and investor leads that may be assigned through Global Crowdproject AB.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, finance or investor relations.
• Self-motivated, responsible and results-oriented.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently with commission-based compensation.
• 
  
• An established business or investor network is an advantage.
• Able to communicate professionally in Swedish or English.

Consulting Assignment and Compensation

This is an independent consulting assignment, not a traditional employment position.

You will enter into a consulting agreement with Global Crowdproject AB and independently carry out assignments provided through us.

Compensation is 100% commission-based. No fixed salary, guaranteed salary or guaranteed monthly compensation is provided.

You must operate your own business and be able to issue invoices for your services.

Commission is based on approved and completed transactions in accordance with the terms of the consulting agreement.
