RF & Digital Design Engineers – mmWave & Beamforming

Job Summary

We are seeking talented engineers to join a high-performing development team working on advanced RF and digital chip design for next-generation wireless communication systems. We welcome candidates with strengths in one or more of the following areas: RF/RFIC design, digital design, mmWave technologies, and digital beamforming.

Key Responsibilities (varies by specialization)

1. Design, simulate, and validate RF circuits and RFIC (Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit) systems for high-frequency, high-performance applications
2. Develop digital logic and RTL implementations supporting RF/mmWave signal processing chains
3. Design and optimize digital beamforming architectures for advanced antenna array systems
4. Work on mmWave frontend design, including transceivers and phased-array/antenna-integrated systems
5. Collaborate closely with system architects, digital design engineers, and verification teams to ensure robust end-to-end chip and system performance
6. Perform lab testing, characterization, and debugging of RF/mmWave hardware and prototypes
7. Contribute to system-level architecture decisions balancing RF performance, power, and digital implementation constraints

Required Skills & Experience (relevant to your area of expertise)

1. BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
2. Hands-on experience in RF circuit/RFIC design, digital design (VHDL/SystemVerilog), or mmWave/beamforming architectures
3. Experience with relevant design tools (RF: ADS, HFSS, or similar; Digital: Vivado, Quartus, or similar)
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge RF and digital design domains
5. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred/Meritorious

1. Experience with 5G, 6G, or advanced wireless connectivity products
2. Experience with RFIC (Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit) design specifically
3. Knowledge of antenna array systems and phased-array signal processing
4. Experience with RF/mmWave lab equipment (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators)
