Project Manager, Solution Architect & Requirements Analyst

Consulting Team – Project Manager, Solution Architect & Requirements Analyst | Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced consulting team consisting of a Project Manager, Solution Architect and Requirements Analyst for a long-term assignment focused on the planning, procurement and establishment of a supply system/ERP solution.

Location: Stockholm

Working method: Partial remote

Start: Immediate

Duration: Until 30 September 2027, with possible extensions

Scope: Approximately 3–4 FTE

The assignment covers the full process from needs analysis and process mapping to solution architecture, requirements management, procurement and preparation for implementation.

Project Manager

• Competency level 4
• 10+ years of experience leading IT projects through the full project lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience in change, process and business development within complex organizations
• Experience with established project methodologies, such as Projektil
• Experience in IT procurement and requirements setting
• Strong technical understanding and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
• Relevant academic degree
• Very good Swedish, spoken and written

Solution Architect

• Competency level 4
• 10+ years of experience as a Solution, Domain or Enterprise Architect
• Extensive experience with ERP or other mission-critical platform implementations or procurements
• Strong experience in integration architecture and data migration
• Experience with supply systems and related processes
• Experience working across business processes, information and IT
• Strong understanding of architecture principles, standards, methods and frameworks
• Relevant academic degree
• Very good Swedish, spoken and written

Requirements Analyst

• Competency level 4
• 10+ years of experience in requirements management involving ERP or other large, mission-critical platforms
• Experience with systems supporting supply processes
• Relevant academic degree
• Very good Swedish, spoken and written

Team requirement: At least 2/3 of the team must have previously worked together on assignments with similar conditions and deliverables and be able to provide this as a reference.
