Working in a collaborative agile environment, you will drive product development from concept to delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

What you'll do

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing product value by managing and prioritizing the product backlog, enabling agile teams to deliver impactful features that meet customer and business needs. You will collaborate with Product Leads, Engineering teams, Designers, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery while continuously improving the customer experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy making data-driven decisions, and can successfully balance strategic priorities with execution, this could be your next challenge. Based on the role charter provided in the presentation.

In detail, you will:

  • Own and govern the product backlog, prioritizing features, user stories, bugs, and enablers based on business value and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with Product Leads and agile teams to translate product vision and roadmap into actionable user stories.

  • Define and maintain clear acceptance criteria and validate completed work against agreed quality standards.

  • Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization activities with cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor product performance, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization.

  • Support capacity planning and delivery commitments to optimize budget and resource utilization.

  • Foster continuous improvement and agile ways of working across the product team.

Who you are

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role within agile product development environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and backlog management.

  • Experience translating business requirements into user stories, epics, and product features.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively using data, customer insights, and business value.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.

  • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.

Where you'll be

You will be based in Stockholm working closely with global and cross-functional teams. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

Benefits include:

  • Flexible working arrangements.

  • Learning and development opportunities.

  • International career growth possibilities.

  • Inclusive and collaborative working environment.

  • Discounts on Electrolux products and services.

  • Wellbeing and employee support programs.
