Product Manager

At Encube, we’re building a cutting-edge visual collaboration platform where hardware teams come together to explore designs, share insights, and shape ideas to invent better products faster with 3D and AI at the center.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own a meaningful product area end to end: from identifying real customer problems and shaping direction to shipping reliable product and delivering measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact, high-agency role where you’ll work closely with engineering, design, commercial and leadership to turn uncertainty into shipped product that matters.

We look for people who think in outcomes, not just roadmaps. People who take ownership, drive clarity when it’s missing, and create lift rather than drag. In return, you’ll work in a tight-knit product and engineering team at the top of their game, building product that really matters.

What you’ll do

You’ll be responsible for turning customer and business opportunities into clear direction, focused execution and measurable impact. This includes:

• Owning a defined product area from discovery through delivery, iteration and stability.
• Developing a first-hand understanding of customers, workflows, market dynamics and commercial priorities.
• Turning ambiguous opportunities into clear problems, assumptions, scope, trade-offs and plans.
• Prioritizing for impact, connecting product decisions to Encube’s strategy and business outcomes.
• Aligning engineering, design, commercial, and leadership around outcomes, risks and decisions.
• Shipping quickly, learning from evidence and iterating based on real user behaviour and business signal.
• Raising the bar on product quality, including edge cases, reliability, user trust and business risk.
• Using AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, testing and delivery.

• Strong collaboration across engineering, design, commercial and leadership.
• Commercial thinking: you understand how product choices connect to company strategy and business impact.
• Hands-on mindset: you are comfortable prototyping, testing, writing, analyzing and doing the work needed to move fast.
• Comfort using AI tooling day to day to speed up product work.
• Bonus: experience building B2B or enterprise SaaS for technical users.
• Bonus: experience with complex domains such as CAD/PLM, engineering workflows, manufacturing, simulation or industrial software.
