As a Product Content Associate, you will play a vital role in our customer's implementation of the Web Manuals system. You main task will be to transfer and quality assure documentation into the Web Manuals platform. You will work closely with both the Product team and the Customer Experience team to provide the highest quality service for our customers.

Core responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the quality of the delivery of content transfer projects
  • Supporting customers with content import
  • Maintain accuracy and quality of product content.
  • To upkeep content transfer processes and maintain a excellent match-rate


To thrive in this role, we believe that you have:

  • A structured and methodical approach to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English, both in speech and in writing as English is our corporate language.
  • Proficiency in Office and Google Suite.

Ideally, you also have experience with:

  • CSS and HTML
  • Data entry, administration, reception, or service industry is a bonus but not required.

  • Quality-minded and well-organized.
  • A quick and eager learner.
  • Particularly attentive to, careful of, and accurate with the details involved in the job.
  • Prefer working in well-established processes and cautious with rules.

  • Work extent: Part-time (per agreement)
