We grow a wide range of seasonal vegetables using agroecological principles, with a strong focus on flavour and quality. Our produce is grown primarily for chefs and our veggie-bag members in Malmö, Lund and Höör.

The farm also serves as an educational platform for Market Gardening in the Nordics.

Each season, we welcome 10–15 interns from around the world who join us for an immersive training in human-scale regenerative agriculture.

Is highly organised and strong at prioritising.

Sees both the immediate task and the bigger production picture. Takes initiative and solves problems independently.

Communicates clearly and leads by example.

Is self-motivated and also motivates others.

Creates structure, energy and a strong working pace within the team. Enjoys teaching and helping others develop their skills
