We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 3 months limited contract. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

Logistics Coordinator

The Test Vehicles & Logistics department is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of test vehicles throughout the product development process. The fleet consists of various vehicle types and brands, supported by teams specializing in advanced fault tracing, vehicle management, uptime engineering, and logistics.

The department is involved throughout the entire process, from planning and build coordination to vehicle usage, material ordering, delivery tracking, and ensuring the latest software baselines are installed. Working cross-functionally, the team ensures that test vehicles are optimized, available, and fit for purpose.

The team supports vehicles located across multiple test sites and proving grounds in Sweden and internationally, ensuring vehicle readiness and availability for testing activities.

Assignment Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient transportation of goods and vehicles between Europe, China, and other global locations. You will support logistics operations by managing shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders and stakeholders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with customs and trade regulations.

This is a short-term assignment requiring hands-on logistics coordination and administration support.

Key Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes.

• Solid understanding of Incoterms and international transportation regulations.

• Experience with customs procedures, import/export documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Experience coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and logistics partners.

• Ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and administrative skills.

This role requires fluency in English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 3 months limited contract. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
