Legal Counsel

You will step into a broad legal role where you support the business in day-to-day decisions as well as more complex commercial and corporate matters. This is a hands-on assignment for you if you enjoy combining legal precision with a practical, business-oriented mindset and want to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

You will be a key sounding board in matters related to supplier agreements, procurement and general corporate legal topics. The environment is international, which means you get to work across functions and communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. The role is especially interesting if you want variety, ownership and the chance to make legal advice actionable in the business.

• You will draft, review and negotiate supplier and other commercial contracts.
• You will prepare and review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• You will support the business in ongoing corporate legal matters as they arise.
• You will advise stakeholders in procurement-related legal questions and help ensure legally sound processes.
• You will provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal guidance to the organisation.
• You will work independently, take ownership of legal matters and build strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Law degree or equivalent legal education.
• 3–6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating supplier and commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Experience supporting procurement processes.
• Ability to support the business in corporate legal matters.
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of legal matters.
• Business-oriented approach with the ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
