Junior Electrical Harness & Hardware Design Engineer

You will join an automotive engineering environment where electrical system design supports a wide range of ongoing activities and deliveries. Instead of being tied to one specific project, you will step in where your skills are needed most and help create continuity across the organization. The role focuses on electrical system design for VCA and VCB and combines schematic design with 3D design in a setting where close collaboration is a natural part of the work.

You will work alongside teams in Mechanical Design, Workshop, Production, Purchasing, and other stakeholder groups, which gives you a broad view of how design decisions affect the full product development and delivery flow. This is a strong opportunity if you want to grow in a technically advanced environment and build experience across several parts of the engineering organization.

• You will support electrical harness and hardware design activities across ongoing work and deliveries.
• You will work with electrical system design for VCA and VCB, including both schematic design and 3D design.
• You will help cover resource needs across the organization and contribute where priorities are highest.
• You will collaborate closely with Mechanical Design, Workshop, Production, Purchasing, and other stakeholders to move work forward.
• You will use tools and systems such as CATIA V5, Saber ESD, OAS, and FRAS in your daily work.

• You have an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• You are at a junior level and want to develop within electrical harness and hardware design.
• You are self-driven and proactive.
• You work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
• You collaborate well with others and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can handle several tasks and priorities at the same time.
• You are adaptable and ready to support different areas when needed.
• You bring a positive mindset and strong potential to grow in the role.
