We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst/Product and Services Management Support for a company in Jönköping. Start is November 1st, 13 months limited contract to begin with - possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Jönköping.

Assignment Description

Be a part of the company's journey to establish the foundation for offering more digital services. For this position we are looking for an individual who has a background within traceability & data transactions and is passionate to set the foundation and help drive our digitalization Journey within the Aftermarket, Service & Quality organization, part of the Business Unit Europe.

Typical areas of responsibility are to support both internal and external customers in problems related to product individual data from factories & suppliers. You will be troubleshooting data issues that might occur related to individual product serial numbers, wrong master data and other things that may interfere with the data submission. Help to track data quality issues and even coordinate with factories or suppliers the solution.

In this role one would also be working together with the Global operations team and the Global Information Systems organization. You would be supporting the team responsible for implementing projects like Digital Product Passport and Husqvarna Serial Number roll out.

Your future challenge

This new role is positioned in the Digital Infrastructure team, belonging to Digital Data Solutions, where the role will be working together with our traceability analyst and reporting to the Global Traceability manager. This person works in close cooperation with the Digital Product, Operational Excellence, Aftermarket & Services team, Data Management team, Operations team as well as with suppliers.

Tasks

• Resolve support tickets related to product individual identification.

• Collaborate with the Global Traceability Manager to develop and maintain data collection and reporting systems.

• Drive analytics of individual product data deliveries from suppliers, change management/project leading skill (to drive implementation and changes of integrations against suppliers as well educating internal users).

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.

• Provide administrative support, including managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communication.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges and optimize traceability processes.

• Do/support error analysis of data and drive needed actions for stable data deliveries.

• Follow up / establish KPI on performance of deliveries.

• Analyze data related to product individual identification and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Required skills

• University Computer Engineering degree, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in manufacturing companies.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of APIs (REST, JSON) and system integrations is a plus.

• Knowledge of traceability systems and manufacturing execution systems best practices is a plus.

• You are fluent in English (preferably also additional languages – Swedish is a plus).

• Be able to work in a multi-cultural context both internally and externally and since all is carried out in an international context.

This is a full-time consultant position in Jönköping through Incluso. Start is November 1st, 13 months limited contract to begin with - possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Jönköping.
