Java Engineer – Data Pipelines & Google Cloud Platform

Key Requirements

• Solid experience with Java and production-grade backend development

• Kafka and event-driven / data integration experience

• Google Cloud Platform proficiency, particularly data processing and storage services

• Infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform

• Docker and modern CI/CD practices

• SQL and relational databases

• Automated testing

• Working with structured data such as JSON

• Experience with Apache Beam/Dataflow, BigQuery, cloud security, and handling sensitive data is highly valuable

• Problem-solving capabilities and cross-functional collaboration abilities

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Fluency in both English and Swedish
