Job Title: Inside Sales Representative 

Location: Malmö, Sweden

Work Arrangement: Onsite 

About the Role

Caldic Nordic is growing, and we’re looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Malmö headquarters. You’ll play a key role in supporting and developing our smaller food customers across the Nordic region.

If you enjoy sales, customer contact, and working in a dynamic environment and have a genuine interest in food, this role will suit you perfectly. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow smaller food customer accounts through proactive outreach and structured follow-up
• Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and identifying new opportunities
• Make outbound calls, follow up on leads and opportunities, and handle incoming requests from new customers
• Improve service levels for smaller customers and ensure smooth communication
• Support Customer Development Managers and Sales Leaders with sales-related tasks to help drive overall growth

Job Requirements

• Fluent Finnish (must-have), strong English and one other Nordic language
• 2+ years of commercial experience and a strong sales mindset, preferably from BtB sales or food industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, structured way of working
• Strong planning, problem-solving and customer focus
• A genuine interest in food, food production or the food industry
• Experience or education within food industry — e.g. food science, gastronomy, or similar is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
