anny Position – Stockholm’s International Nanny Agency

Stockholm’s International Nanny Agency is currently recruiting an experienced and reliable nanny for an overnight position starting in February 2027.

Position Overview

• Child: Newborn, due in February 2027
• Start Date: February 2027
• Duration: 8–12 weeks, with the possibility of daytime sessions afterwards

Responsibilities

• Caring for the baby during night-time wake-ups, including bottle-feeding, nappy changes, and rocking or holding the baby as needed.
• Ensuring the baby is positioned safely for sleep.
• Carrying out light household tasks, such as laundry and washing and sanitising baby bottles.
• Preparing simple meals when needed.
• Keeping track of the baby’s sleep and reporting to the parents each morning.

Schedule & Hours

• Initial Period: Starting in February 2027. The family is happy to meet suitable candidates in advance.
• Ongoing: Two - three nights per week, with flexibility.
• Typical Hours: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Additional Details

• Language Skills: English

Candidate Requirements

• Experience caring for newborns, particularly during overnight sessions.
• Current infant CPR certification.
• The ability to remain rested during the day to ensure alertness and attentiveness throughout overnight shifts.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have limited contact with other children or households to minimise the risk of exposing the newborn to infections.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification.
• A clear background check and strong references.
• Flexible availability and a nurturing attitude.
