Role Summary

This role is a part of TRATON Group R&D, located in Södertälje, Sweden

Scania’s global defense business is growing, increasing the need for Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) for heavy-duty vehicles. As ILS Coordinator for Vehicle Service Information, you will adapt existing aftersales support to meet defense customers’ needs. You will coordinate tailored user information, maintenance plans, repair instructions and spare-parts support. • Assess national and international tenders and analyze customer requirements.

• Coordinate tailored documentation, including user information, maintenance plans and repair instructions.

• Support procurement and coordination of external offshore consultants.

• Support NATO codification of spare parts, in close contact with the sales office.

Who You Are

• You are committed to leading the development of Vehicle Service Information and ILS ways of working and processes.

• You have a positive attitude, enjoy working with many contacts and communicate and collaborate well across functions.

• An interest or experience in project management, technical writing, mechanical engineering or hands-on vehicle maintenance and repair is valuable. Service-market or automotive experience is an advantage, not a requirement.

  • The person we are looking for has preferably the following qualifications and/or keen interests:

  • project coordinator
  • technical writing or similar
  • mechanical engineering
  • hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance or repairs
  • Teamwork and collaboration with other teams
