What you’ll do

Set and communicate a compelling vision and roadmap for the already existing franchise, ensuring content, technology, and player experience evolve in line with strategic ambitions.

Lead and empower multidisciplinary teams, creating the conditions for smooth development, high-quality releases, and strong live operations.

Partner closely with publishing and other stakeholders to align marketing, promotions, and community engagement with key product and business milestones, while steering performance against agreed KPIs.
