Founding AI Engineer

TL;DR

We're looking for a founding AI Engineer to help build the AI colleague every sales professional wishes they had. You'll own the agent stack end-to-end - from model selection to database (knowledge graph) structure and search algorithm development. Must be curious, experimental, and obsessed with agentic systems.

What you'll do (responsibilities)

In one sentence: Build the next generation agentic system.

• Design and build agentic workflows powered by LLMs, vector search, and knowledge graphs
• Build autonomous background agents that run real revenue workflows — triggered by schedules and CRM events, working across email, CRM, and the web
• Own the agent stack end-to-end: from infrastructure to product logic
• Ship fast: test ideas, run experiments, iterate daily
• Shape the product, the stack, and the culture from the ground up
