Experienced Backend System Developer, Lund

Do you want to build backend services that make a real difference for users around the world? We are looking for an Experienced Backend System Developer to join our User Services team in Lund, Sweden - a role where you will develop, maintain and evolve the services our users rely on every day.

What you'll do here as Experienced Backend System Developer As a Backend System Developer with us, you are not just writing code - you are building the services that make a smarter, safer world work in practice. A key part of the role is learning the domain in depth, so you understand how what you build today affects everything around it tomorrow.

• Develop new functionality in our backend services
• Maintain and further develop existing software code
• Configure and adapt existing systems
• Build and continuously deepen your understanding of the domain
• Contribute actively to the team's technical discussions and decisions
• Take long-term responsibility for the quality and sustainability of the solutions you build

We'd love to hear that you have:

• Solid experience working with Java and Spring
• Experience developing and working with REST APIs
• Experience working with some form of authentication
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• A relevant education in software development - or equivalent professional experience

Bonus points for:

• Working knowledge of OAuth2 and OIDC - this can be a deciding factor, but it is also something you can learn with us
• Working knowledge of Swedish - it makes everyday life easier, but it is not a requirement
• Working knowledge of AWS.
• Working knowledge of Git, Github Actions.
• Knowledge of working in Linux.
• Knowledge of another programming language such as Python.
