Director - Off-Highway Product Line

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director Off-Highway Product Line, consisting of engines, transmissions, axles, and electric drivelines, to head our product strategy and execution efforts.

Together with your team, you will be responsible for developing a competitive and attractive offering for our Off-Highway business. This includes balancing budget versus product portfolio and maintaining portfolio efficiency throughout its lifecycle, from a technical, commercial, and customer application perspective.

Together with your team, you will plan, initiate, and launch projects with a market-oriented approach, acting as the voice of the customer. You will also be responsible for specifying the desired features and following up on them in the projects. Establishing a clear execution plan for the Off-Highway product portfolio will be key, alongside enhancing the Commercial organization’s ability to create strong value propositions.

Together with your team, you will build and maintain Volvo Penta’s OEM application expertise, guide and develop your global team, and foster collaboration across business functions.

Additionally, you will guide and facilitate the team to ensure they meet their goals, while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive success.

You are comfortable working with both strategic and operational topics and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders to create strong business results.
