Digital Business Developer

You will join a business development and strategy team in a complex R&D environment where digitalization, data, AI, and information management are high on the agenda. The focus is on improving ways of working across the organization by identifying inefficiencies, turning business needs into practical solutions, and supporting change from idea to implementation.

A key part of the role is to further develop the management system and the SharePoint-based information landscape. You will help improve how information is structured, maintained, accessed, and used so teams can collaborate more effectively and make better decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives in an environment with many interfaces and clear business value. • You identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes and ways of working across the organization.
• You turn business needs and improvement ideas into practical digital solutions using available tools, data, and AI where relevant.
• You take a hands-on role throughout the full improvement journey, from problem identification and stakeholder dialogue to implementation and follow-up.
• You support the development and continuous improvement of the management system and SharePoint environment.
• You review and improve information and documentation structures, along with the related ways of working.
• You contribute to cross-functional digitalization and improvement initiatives based on organizational needs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, or Economics.
• Experience within digitalization, business development, process improvement, information management, or similar areas.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including information and document structures, permissions, and collaboration environments.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements or digital solutions.
• Good understanding of data and how it can be used to improve processes and decision-making.
• Practical understanding of AI and automation and how these can be applied.
• Experience working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience with information architecture, document management, metadata, or knowledge management.
• Experience applying generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools in an enterprise environment.
• Experience from R&D, engineering, or another complex industrial environment.
